Terms of Service

The service

ContractTrax stores contract dates you provide and emails reminders before they expire. Reminders are a convenience; you remain responsible for your contracts and deadlines.

Your account

Keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity on your account and for the accuracy of the data you import.

Subscriptions

New accounts start with a free trial. After the trial a paid subscription is required. You can cancel at any time from your Subscription page; access continues through the paid period.

SMS alerts

Text message alerts are optional and available for US mobile numbers only. You opt in by checking the SMS consent box in your account settings and verifying your number with a code we text to it. By opting in, you agree to receive verification codes and contract expiration alerts from ContractTrax at that number.

Message frequency varies with your contracts and the alert schedule you choose. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. You can also remove your number in your account settings at any time. Consent to text messages is not a condition of using ContractTrax or of any purchase.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. For help, contact support@bluebliptech.com.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other customers' data, or interfere with its operation.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for missed deadlines or indirect losses.
