What we collect

Your name, email address, a hashed password, the contract data you import, the notification email and alert schedule you configure, your mobile phone number if you opt in to text alerts, and security logs such as sign-in times and IP addresses.

How we use it

To run ContractTrax: storing your contracts, sending the expiration alerts you ask for, securing your account, and billing your subscription.

Mobile phone numbers

If you opt in to text alerts, we use your mobile phone number only to send verification codes and the contract expiration alerts you ask for. We share it with TextMagic, our SMS provider, solely to deliver those messages. Your number and your SMS consent are never sold, shared with third parties for their marketing, or used for marketing by us. We delete your number when you remove it from your settings or delete your account.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with providers that help run the service, such as our email delivery and payment processors, under contracts that protect it.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account exists. When an account is deleted, its contracts and alert history are deleted. Security audit records may be kept longer.
